Banana bread is a soft sort of cake that is perfect to bake when you have overward bananas lying at home and littering.
Walnuts and raisins are nothing must but a good luxury touch if you want to put the dot over in: et.
Instead of agave syrup you can use any sweetening if you want.
Vegan banana bread.
- 1 ½ DL. soy drink
- 1 Tsk apple cider vinegar.
- 3 Mature bananas 3 dl
- 4 DL. flour
- 1 DL. powdered sugar
- 1 DL. Farin sugar
- 1 Tsk Bicarbonate.
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tsk Vaniljextrakt.
- 1 MSK Agavesirap.
- ½ DL. Rapeseed oil
- 1 DL. raisin
- 2 DL. Walnuts
So do you:
Put the oven at 165 ° C. Lubricate a loaf shape and set aside. Whisk together soy milk and apple cider vinegar in a bowl so that the mixture cuts. Mash the bananas.
Add vanilla extract, mashed path, agave syrup, oil, raisins and walnuts in the bowl with the milk mix and stir. Then aim the mix of dry ingredients in the batter and turn together with great tag until everything is well mixed (do not mix too long).
Mix flour, sugar, bicarbonate and cinnamon in a bowl.
